The Frontline Club is hosting a series of documentary screenings and talks to promote a broader understanding of Somalia. The series will be launched Tuesday September 2nd at 7:30PM with a media talk chaired by BBC's Martin Plaut and discussing future of this war-ravaged and poverty-stricken country. Speakers include Ioan Lewis (LSE and author), Awale Kullane (New Somali Youth League), Tom Quinn (MSF), Khadija Ali by skype (Somali peace activist), Juliana Ruhfus (Al Jazeera).
